Services We Provide
- AMG Doors & Windows provides residential and light-commercial replacement door and window services, including front doors, patio doors, interior doors, security doors, windows, and siding.
- We are authorized dealers and certified installers for the brands we represent. Manufacturer warranties are passed through according to each brand's current warranty program.
- Services are performed at properties within our active service area. We reserve the right to decline projects outside our service territory or that fall outside our scope of work.
Quotes, Estimates & Pricing
- All quotes and estimates are based on information provided by the customer, including measurements, photos, product selections, and site conditions.
- Estimates are valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices may change if product selections, site conditions, or project scope change after the estimate is issued.
- Final pricing is confirmed in a signed written agreement before materials are ordered or installation begins.
- Online pricing guides and calculators are provided for educational purposes only. They do not constitute a binding offer and may not reflect your specific project requirements.
Appointments, Cancellations & Access
- In-home consultations are scheduled by appointment. Please provide accurate contact information and ensure an adult authorized to make decisions is present during the consultation.
- We may reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much notice as possible.
- Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the work area, removing fragile items near work zones, and disclosing any conditions that could affect installation.
Payments & Financing
- Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. A deposit may be required before ordering custom materials.
- Financing applications are handled directly by our third-party financing partner, Hearth. Approval, rates, and terms are determined by Hearth and its lending partners. AMG Doors & Windows does not make credit decisions.
- All financing is subject to the lender's eligibility requirements and loan agreement terms.
Warranties & Workmanship
- Manufacturer warranties apply to products installed by AMG Doors & Windows and are subject to each manufacturer's current warranty terms and registration requirements.
- Installation workmanship is covered by AMG Doors & Windows according to the terms outlined in your project agreement.
- Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
- Customers must report warranty concerns in writing promptly after discovering a potential issue.
Limitation of Liability
- AMG Doors & Windows is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or website, except where prohibited by law.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount paid by the customer for those specific services.
- We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content, pricing, or availability information is error-free.
Intellectual Property
- All content on this website — including text, images, logos, project photography, pricing guides, and design — is owned by or licensed to AMG Doors & Windows and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
- Project photos displayed on our site are used with customer permission or represent our own completed work. They may not be copied or reused without authorization.
