The service, brand, and reason for replacement
AMG Doors & Windows added a Titan Premium Aluminum Full View security door to this Hayward home. The satin-charcoal frame and Meshtec stainless steel security mesh sit in front of the existing white entry door.
2. Homeowner Pain Points
What the homeowner was dealing with
The before photo shows the home's white entry door without the new security screen door. This installation added a screened outer door while keeping the existing entry door and its decorative upper glass in place.
3. AMG Solution
What AMG Doors & Windows installed
AMG supplied and installed one Titan Premium Aluminum Full View security door with Meshtec stainless steel security mesh. The manufacturer order specifies a satin-charcoal finish, a 36 × 80-inch single unit, right-opening operation and a one-piece, four-sided prehung surface-mount frame with a sweep, bottom bar and threshold plate.
Local Insight
A new screened layer at an existing entry
This project added an outer security screen door while retaining the homeowner's existing white entry door. The dark Full View frame contrasts with the light siding and works with the surrounding charcoal trim.
What We Installed
What AMG Doors & Windows installed
One charcoal Titan Premium Aluminum Full View security door with Meshtec stainless steel mesh.
4. Installation Details
How AMG installed this security door
The supplied door is a single right-opening, surface-mount assembly. Its four-sided frame includes a sweep, bottom bar and threshold plate. AMG's scope included hardware installation, alignment, operational adjustments and jobsite cleanup.
5. Final Result
The improvement for the homeowner
The finished photo shows the charcoal frame surrounding an uninterrupted Meshtec screen panel, with the original door's white panels and upper glass visible behind it. The completed installation adds a screened entry option while retaining the existing entrance design.
Why we recommended this product:
The Full View design keeps the center free of a decorative grille, so the white entry door remains visible behind the mesh. The charcoal finish coordinates visually with the surrounding dark trim. Meshtec stainless steel security mesh supports ventilation and outward visibility when the primary door is open.
